Everyone at the front desk was very nice upon arriving, and the personal TV screen was a nice touch! We had a handwritten note from housekeeping (I'm guessing), which I thought was very sweet. The hotel was very clean, smelled nice, and was appropriately quiet.

Four points staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. BOOKING tried having the hotel cancel my reservation for our suite bc they overbooked go figure and 4 points by Sheraton staff worked quickly saving the day and my daughter's birthday by helping get us into a double adjoining room. Breakfast buffet is work the price. Having a bar, pool and hot tub was a great feature. Rooms were spacious. Patio rooms. Will return directly through them next time bc of the phenomenal customer service.

I hosted a prom send off for my daughter. We booked a Wellness Suite that provided plenty of space for hair, makeup, and getting dressed. The courtyard was beautiful, and although it was closed for upcoming remodeling management allowed is to use it for red carpet & balloon photography. We had food and balloons delivered with no issues. Additionally, or guests (friends and family) experienced no issue coming inside to take photos and playing a part in the send off as some hotels limit visitors in the rooms.

The room is more than enough to stay as couple. Even with my toddler, we stayed in 1 king bed and that was enough. Bed is comfortable. We paid for breakfast and that was delicious. We used pool and hot tub almost everyday and we liked it. Especially my daughter loved it.

The manager in the evenings can’t think of his name but he’s very helpful and tries to make sure u have a comfortable stay. He was very hopeful I was upset about my room and came and tried to resolve the issue np

The staff was very friendly and welcoming especially the bartender. I really thought the manager, Tariq was friendly and made me feel at home. I returned the next week. I plan to make this my primary place to stay when I am in the metro Detroit area.

The jacuzzi room was nice but their was a gapping hole in the ceiling above the jacuzzi, very unsanitary and uncomfortable.. and when i say gapping i mean big enough for a person to fit through and the jacuzzi was not cleaned properly it was still yellow
